Production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary:
- Europe: 3-5 business days.
- USA / Canada: 4-7 business days.
- Rest of the World: 7-12 business
days.
Returns
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
For damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For standard returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Disclaimer: there no return option for custom made images (unless it is damaged).
How do I return a wrong or defective item?
Report the issue using our contact form. We will send you a return slip and cover the return shipping costs.
Artworks
Does the color displayed on the monitor match that of the product?
Colors may vary due to monitor calibration and different color spaces (RGB vs. CMYK). We do not accept liability for color deviations.
Order Management
How can I cancel my order?
Use the cancellation service on your order status page. You can find the link in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation.
You can always use our contact form in case of any issues.
How can I claim my order if there’s a problem?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by using the contact form. Include a clear photo of the damage in your message. Our team will review your case and guide you through the next steps for a replacement, refund, or return process.
How do I get a return slip?
After reporting the complaint or incorrect delivery, we will send you a return slip by email.
Discounts & Vouchers
How can I redeem discounts and vouchers?
1. Add products to your cart.
2. Enter the voucher code in the "Redeem voucher / discount" field during checkout.
3. Confirm with the "redeem"
button.
What do I do if I have problems redeeming my voucher?
- Ensure you’re using one code per order. Check minimum order value requirements.
- Try an alternative browser or incognito
mode. - Contact customer service if issues persist by using the contact form.
Why am I not receiving the newsletter discount?
Check your spam/junk folder. Ensure your email was entered correctly.
What do I do if the newsletter discount cannot be redeemed?
Follow the same steps as for voucher redemption issues.
Product Samples
How can I order product samples or samples?
We do not offer printed samples.
Can I order a motif or color sample?
Unfortunately, we do not offer motif or color samples as our products are produced on demand.
Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Our products typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather or shipping delays.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends will be processed starting Monday.
Can I receive my order earlier?
Unfortunately, express shipping is not available. Orders are produced after payment receipt.
