What is the Apollodio Rewards Program?
The Apollodio Rewards Program is a loyalty system that allows you to earn points for every purchase and selected actions on our website. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points through the following actions:
Create an account – 100 points
Place an order – 5 points for every €1 spent
Leave a product review – 100 points
How can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for cash discounts during checkout.
€5 discount – 500 points
€10 discount – 1000 points
To use your points, log in to your account, open the Rewards section, and select the reward you’d like to apply.
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned if they are not redeemed.
What are Boost Campaigns?
Boost Campaigns are limited-time promotional events that increase the number of points you earn per order. For example, during a boost campaign, you might earn double or triple points per €1 spent. These events will be announced via banners, email, or on our website.
Where can I see my current points balance?
You can view your points balance by logging into your account and clicking the “Rewards” button at the bottom of the website. There, you can also redeem rewards, track your activity, and find referral options (if enabled).
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
If you cancel or return an order, any points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
